60 Day Notice of Intent
Citywide Fee Schedule & Street Light Improvement Districts (SLIDs)
As part of the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget Process, the City of Litchfield Park Council will consider changes to the Citywide Fee Schedule at its regularly scheduled meeting on June 15, 2022. Pursuant to ARS 9-499.15, the proposed changes to the fee schedule have been posted over 60 days prior to consideration at the public meeting to allow time for citizen comment. The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 pm by Zoom. The following changes will be considered:
- Section 1 – Recreation Services Fees for Aquatics, Preschool, Sports, Memberships and Program Fees
- Section 4 – Administrative – Added Pro/Con Arguments, Initiative and Referendum Packet and Recall Packet
- Section 5 – Finance – Business License and Renewal Fees
- Section 6 - Billable Rates for employees are updated

Also, at the same meeting on June 15, 2022, a Street Light Improvement District Public Hearing will be held. Council may increase the tax rate sufficient to cover the costs of energy for street lighting in the district.
