ON-CALL ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING SERVICES
CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK
REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
The City of Litchfield Park is seeking qualified firms/individuals to be considered for on-call engineering and surveying services to be provided to the City of Litchfield Park. The selected firms/individuals shall be knowledgeable in all areas of public works design and construction, including grading, drainage, paving, traffic control signing and striping, and field surveys and legal descriptions, as well as CAD drafting for exhibits and maps. Extensive knowledge of the Maricopa Association of Governments’ Uniform Standard Specifications and Standards Details is necessary. Qualifications shall be submitted in the form of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).
The City of Litchfield Park may award a Professional Services Contract, renewable annually, for an overall period not to exceed three (3) years, to one or more Consultants. The City shall issue an authorization for services under each Contract for each specific task or project. It is expected that no Consultant will be tasked with more than $50,000 per contract year in aggregate value of services. Assignments will be generally small in size with quick turnaround times.
