Meet the Yoga Alliance Instructor, Gina McElroy:
My goal in life is to share my passion of yoga and all the beautiful benefits that it can provide. I started my practice of yoga after I started to notice some physical limitations. I was in pain from a previous back surgery and wanted to ease my pain and get healthy. After my first yoga class, I was hooked. I honestly had no idea that my life would be impacted in such a meaningful way. Once I experienced the life-changing benefits of yoga; I decided to get my certification so that I could be of service to others and they too can reap the benefits.
Yoga has brought me a sense of peace, acceptance of myself and of others, flexibility, and strength in mind and body and better health. I like to learn new things, but I want to have fun doing it and my classes are a reflection of that; opportunities to learn and grow in a casual and fun atmosphere. My students can expect to learn breathing techniques for easing stress, postures to strengthen their bodies and minds in an enjoyable way!
