Balance & Stretch


This senior class is designed to improve or continue the quality of your life! We incorporate simple and safe transitions and movements to increase mobility, range of motion, balance, and stability. Chairs will be used in this class. Stretching and light weights are used. This is a great class to maintain a healthy range of mobility. Program details are published online > Adult Fitness. Drop In Pickleball


Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The game is played with a paddle and a polymer wiffle ball. LPRC courts have pickleball lined courts, $3 per person per visit. The courts are open during LPRC office operating hours.

Yoga in the Park


Yoga in the Park focuses on health and relaxation for your mind and body. Participants learn breathing techniques, simple meditation and specific body postures. Saturday morning classes are held October - April (no classes in December) on the Litchfield Park Branch Library lawn and taught by Yoga Alliance Instructor, Gina McElroy.
