GPA 16-01 Southeast Corner of Dysart and Camelback Roads

- The General Plan Amendment would change the General Plan Land Use designation from Commercial to Commercial Flex. The Commercial Flex Land Use Designation would allow for commercial centers and uses that supply goods and services for a number of neighborhoods. It would also allow single family residential land uses if certain conditions are met.
- A proposed Zoning Code amendment would create a new Commercial Flex Zoning District that would allow Community Commercial (CS) Zoning District uses on the portion of the property intended for commercial. If certain conditions are met, single-family residential uses would be allowed on the portion of the property designated for residential. The equivalent High Medium Residential (R1-6) Zoning District standards would apply.
- A property with the General Plan Land Use Designation of Commercial Flex could be rezoned as a Commercial Flex Zoning District.
Draft Ordinance - Amends the Zoning Code to create a new "Commercial-Flex" District.
Draft Rezoning Ordinance - Rezones the property on the Southeast Corner of Camelback and Dysart Roads to Commercial-Flex.
