September 16, 2017 - Oktoberfest


German celebration held on the front lawn of The Wigwam from 6-9:00 p.m. Authentic inspired German food will be provided by the Wigwam. Enjoy German music, dancing, games, and, of course, beer. Admission fee $10 per person; children under 12 free.  Admission fees do not include the cost of food and beverage.

October 27, 2017 - G.A.I.N. Safety Event Night


Free event on the grounds of Litchfield Elementary School from 5 to 8 p.m. during the school's Fall Carnival. G.A.I.N., the acronym for Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods. The event celebrates the successful efforts to prevent crime in our community. Come out and meet those who protect our community and find ways to get involved.

Free concert held on the front lawn at The Wigwam from 3-5 p.m featuring PebbleRock Band.

December 9, 2017 - Christmas in the Park Festival


The free event is held at the Litchfield Park Town Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bring the entire family for this fun-filled day! The craft show begins at 9 a.m.; the parade starts at 10 a.m. complete with marching bands, youth groups and floats. The day includes real snow, activities, visits with Santa and live entertainment!

January 12 - 14, 2018 - Native American Fine Arts Festival


The festival is a free event held in the Litchfield Park Town Center. The event highlights the finest southwest Native American art, entertainment and learning opportunities throughout the weekend. A Festival Prelude will be hosted on Friday evening at The Wigwam. The festival is open on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information visit the festival website

January 27, 2018 - Kiwanis Litchfield Park Winter Trout Fishing Derby


This fun family event is held at the Tierra Verde Lake Park from 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; registration opens at 6:30 a.m. The event includes great fishing with over 750 lbs. of trout stocked in the lake. Food, prizes and giveaways. Fees: $6.00 per pole for ages 16 and older; $4.00 per pole for ages 15 and under. Must provide your own fishing equipment and bait.

February 24, 2018 - Litchfield Park 10k, 5k, 1 Mile Run/Walk


Race begins and ends in front of the Litchfield Park Recreation Center. Registration includes race t-shirt, raffle prizes, food & drink, and post-race ceremonies. All ages and experience levels welcome. Entry fees $20 per competitive race; $10 Healthy Classroom Challenge.

Free event on the Library Lawn & Town Center. Held Saturday & Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Over 200 art booths, Beer and Wine Garden with tastings offered by 10 Arizona wineries and microbreweries, plus culinary demonstrations, live music, and great food. Free parking & admission.

In front of the WWII Memorial on Litchfield Elementary School Grounds, the City of Litchfield Park will remember the men and women who died while serving the United States Armed Forces.

Independence Day Pool Party, "Splash Bash", held at the Litchfield Park Recreation Center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Entry into the family event requires a $2 entry fee or Recreation Center pass. The celebration includes water games, kids' activities, DJ, pool safety information, music, food for purchase, and family fun!
